Andrew is a property and finance professional,
qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
and a Member of the Society of Technical Analysts.
He is CEO of PropertyMutual, the first property portal funded, owned and run by its members, as well as Managing Director of PropertyPortal.com, the International portal.
He has worked in private and institutional real
estate management; residential and agricultural sales; residential and
commercial property development and is an experienced Forex trader and
He has project managed the privatisation of a
government agency from its parent Ministry, including liaison with
Government ministers, peers and senior civil servants; rationalisation
of the property assets as well as the IT challenges of making over 2,500
staff home based.
He is used to managing large complex projects and communicating at all levels across an organisation.

Rob Hygate is a serial entrepreneur who has created a series of successful start-up ventures. Originally trained with IBM and Phillips, Rob left corporate computing behind in 1995 to found Excelsys Solutions, a bespoke technology service provider for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals.
In 1997 Rob was a founding partner and CEO of VideoWeb, a video conferencing service provider utilised by companies including Reuters, Deutsche Bank, Ford and Bacardi. VideoWeb was sold after 2 years to a trade partner Genesys Conferencing, for an initial fee of £6.7m. Post acquisition, Rob became VP North America at Genesys, and played a significant role in consolidation of its US acquisitions.
Rob then went on to co-found Post Anywhere, a cloud-based print service venture, Sunset Holdings, a property group with interests in West Africa, and MOC Payments, a mobile payment process system deployed in West Africa.
Rob also co-founded WithinView, a cloud-based web-streaming service, and OpenConvey, a cloud-based legal sector support service company.
Mike Mayhew has 25 years experience in managing and directing projects in the telecoms, IT and communications industry. He has worked for both US & UK-listed companies, has participated in two successful dual NASDAQ/Euro market public offerings and managed the joint venture between Micro Focus, Cable & Wireless and the Jamaican

Post acquisition, Mike became VP Platform Technology at Genesys and played a significant role in the Merger & Acquisition Team, including the purchases of Vialog Corp ($241m), Williams Conferencing ($39m) and Astound Corp ($56m).
Since leaving Genesys, Mike co-founded WithinView, a cloud-based web streaming service, providing HD webcasts and used by HRH Prince of Wales to broadcast his “MayDay” Climate Change Appeal, among others. Mike has also produced a series of films on social issues for the World Health Organisation (WHO), and worked as an Outside Broadcast Event Director for DLA-Piper.
